Please open restaurants in more locations

I've been to BeefEaters and to Beef 'n Barrel in Olean, NY, many times (same owners). Their "beef on wick" sandwiches are "to die for". They are made using the best, tastiest, thinly sliced beef, and a little aujus on a kummelwick roll. Locals to western NY and nearby areas know these special san... a user of Restaurantica. We went to Beefeaters after a graduation ceremony and had a wonderful experience. The place was packed but they got us seated in under 10 minutes. We were served drinks quickly and our order taken.
