Scooter's Understand Beef

I have eaten here many times. Scooter's kitchen really understands beef. This time was only their specialty burgers--huge and done to order. Usually, I have a filet or other steak--they start with excellent beef and treat it with respect. Service is always good--I tip well and am remembered. This... a user of Restaurantica. Has gone down hill..

Scooters was never one of my favorites, but it has definitely gone down hill over the past year or so. Don't order steaks or beef items, and the meat tastes funny. I can only guess they've changed suppliers and aren't getting the same quality meat. A shame becasue their "Great Events Steak Salad"... imnorm, a user of citysearch.com.
