Decent Casual Dining Neighborhood Bistro-Type Place [Seems Cliquey with Local Regulars]

Ive eaten at the bar at Alaska Petes a number of times over the years while Im on vacation in the Poconos. The last time was in April of 2006, and the food was pretty good as was the bar selection and service. There really arent many T.G.I.
