worth the wait - but boy, what a wait!

I really enjoyed the sushi at Bluefin, and the server was very friendly and capable - but the sushi chef was apparently backed up for some reason, and it took FOREVER (oh, ok, about an hour) for the sushi to come after we ordered it.
