Each claiming to have the best fish and chips but none ever do. more on Restaurantica

The menu is fairly standard offering steaks, seafood, burgers, etc., so we decided to try the finger food selections; onion rings, mozza sticks, boneless chicken wings and of course being in PEI, french fries. more on Restaurantica

These were large, nicely done, full of just the right temperature cheese and served with fresh celery, carrot and sour cream for dipping. more on Restaurantica

The boneless chicken wings were boneless but I was expecting a homemade sauce basted on the wings either barbecued over a gas grill or at least baked in an oven. more on Restaurantica

Boneless wings for two, onion rings, french fries, mozza sticks, two beers, tax and tip came to $40 and while I might go back again when next in Summerside, the Heritage Pub would not be at the top of places to eat when visiting this picturesque town. more on Restaurantica
