not allergy free

I have an allergy to wheat i told the waiter no bread crumbs no flour i ordered fish broiled with lemon and butter. The fish comes out with bread crumbs on it dont they understand??? wheat free gluten free ???

We were given a gift certificate and went to Spain Restaurant in Cranston RI. We ariived and were seated pretty much on time. Our waiter was slow.
