I would only go in if I were caught in the rain.
The service was the worst I've seen. We were there mid-afternoon and her only table. It took her fifteen minutes to get our drinks(3 waters, a beer, and a Diet Coke). Her attitude was horrible the entire meal and it led to an unpleasant overall experience.
