Disappointed!

I have chosen one star because it was the lowest rating available. I must 1st say, that I have patronized Van Ghent's several times & was always very satisfied. At least twice bringing visiting relatives, but after today's experience, I will no longer be doing so. I was thoroughly embarrassed by the unprofessionalism of the owners.
