I recently visited Phases Moon Bar and I was very surprised at the “gem” I found in Orangeburg. Upon entering Four Moons, my party and I were greeted with a architecturally appealing curved brick wall which led to a gently flowing, softly lit waterfall. Four Moons brings an exceptional fine dining atmosphere to an area which is destined to see much expansion in the near future. Knowing nothing other than word of mouth reviews, I decided to take a trip with my family to Four Moons, and I was… for lack of a better word… impressed with the chef... a user of Restaurantica.
