The lady who helped us (who I believe to be the owner) was very friendly and happy to accomodate our cake order-our entire experience inside the store was pleasant-that changed the moment we tasted the (as my family called it) yellow cardboard cake-the candles were actually met with resistance as we tried to put them into the top of the cake & it was so dry we ended up throwing 3/4 or the $35 cake into the trash... more on CitySearch
