Not Bad BBQ

Hey Everyone,

The "Q" here is pretty good. My only quibble with the pork is that I can't taste a smoke flavor in the meat. It's perfect in consistency... just not smoky! I have to pour lots of sauce on my sandwich to get it "Good" -- the sauce is very tasty BTW.
