Some of the best
I've been to Memphis, I am sorry to say, only two times. Both of these visitis were far too short. But one of the great highlights of these trips has been the many, many hours spent eating some of the best ribs in Memphis at the Blues City Cafe. First and foremost, The Big Thing in Memphis are the Bar-B-Q Ribs!! Every Cafe in Memphis claims to have the best "Wet" and/or "Dry" Ribs.
