Soliciting Alamo

Delay in seating and for the price I would like a drink to be served with my meal. Both times I have been there I have been solicited by people standing outside the door. We've visited the Alamo in Gatlinburg and thought the food was very good. This branch is lacking. Our salads had lettuce that had seen better days and the dressing was heavy-handed.
