Well worth the extra time to get there, and much nicer than the hotels in the towns right on the interstate. more on TripAdvisor

We spent the night at the adjoining La Osa Flojo hotel (same owners), which is charming and unique-a really great place to stay in a teeny town 4 miles off the interstate. more on TripAdvisor
