i went late night to get two orders and they messed on both of them they didnt know I was a mystery shopper we have had 4 managers replaced for that reason and I guess when people are more focused on what they are doing they will perform I did call the facility and spoke to frank late night manager he said he would fix it and said to go by I did and he took care of bussiness he personally made the two orders! more on Yahoo! I told the manager that we were not satisfied and we got our money back which was probably the only good thing that happened that and going to dairy queen which was better the burgers especially more on Yahoo! Travel
