But in my experience as a man who's Father lived in Texas well into his yonder years and up until his passing that I can say without reservations that through all those visits to him and through all the sampling of the locally touted bests that it was a trip to an obscure little town outside of Austin named La Grange that I found the potential for what beef could be and every piece of meat since then has been a lacking paled comparison. more on Yahoo! If the customer service was the worst in all of Texas...the worst in all the Country I dare say I do believe it would still be worth the 1200+ miles (for me) just to get the brisket! more on Yahoo! Travel
