But in my experience as a man who's Father lived in Texas well into his yonder years and up until his passing that I can say without reservations that through all those visits to him and through all the sampling of the locally touted bests that it was a trip to an obscure little town outside of Austin named La Grange that I found the potential for what beef could be and every piece of meat since then has been a lacking paled comparison. more on Yahoo!
