You will find the standard fare of old here but the attention to detail in the simplicity and dedication to the star of the show the Q gone and room made for lesser things like side dishes and modern fixtures like forks and such and the unthinkable SAUCE available to cover what should be a pitmasters perfection not his mom's pasta salad or the like. more on Yahoo!
