Walking into Smitty's is a treat in itself. Wow, what a place. The ambiance of the entryway is terrific. All old brick and wood. Step up to the old bbq and place an order. OMG, A TASTE OF HEAVEN

This has got to be one of the top three bbq's I have ever had.....and I've had a lot. I sampled the brisket and the sausages. The brisket ranks a 9 out of 10, just slightly salty. Great ribs!

No sauce needed, tender, fatty, and smoky ribs! Possibly the best I've ever had. I've heard good things about Smitty's brisket but it may have been an off day when we went, because the brisket was rather dry.
