Worst service and bad rice

I was very disappointed at their service at the new downtown location. Once the orders came, we were told they were out of mash potatoes. Instead, I had to order rice. Wait to long

Visited the Sugar Shack on (August 5) to celebrate my birthday with my fiance. The music was fabulous! The atmosphere was great. The bar was great the drinks was wonderful. Very poor service and customer service

My wife and went twice. The first time it was perhaps the best food we ever ate of course it took 50 minutes to get dinner. Try The Lagniappe!

My meal started with what Sugar Shack calls lagniappe, which is translated free pre dinner food or rather as the manager stated "A Palatte Starter".
