Our server, while enthusiastic and attentive, knew nothing about serving wine or serving in an upscale establishment. He made many unacceptable faux pas, such as pouring wine from one diner's glass into another's to 'even it out'. Additionally, he did not show our host the wine bottle/label or ... By A Yahoo!
