Pretty good mexican

We usually go to Guad's on a week night since it isn't too far from our home & is relatively fast, so I can't speak for how crowded it is on the weekends, but we usually get great service & the food is pretty good. Eh...at best.

We had heard skeptical reviews but decided to give it a try. The wait was long (Fri night) which we took as a good sign. However, the service was friendly but very slow, and the food arrived looking somewhat like it had been put through a blender.
