All-in-all, this a good place to get a satisfying, unpretentious meal. more on TripAdvisor

Like all the restaurants in Hatch, the Galaxy Diner isn’t spacious but it is relatively new and has a well-lit and nicely themed interior. more on TripAdvisor

That said, we had breakfast here several consecutive days before heading to Bryce Canyon National Park and enjoyed a tasty and hearty meal that fueled our hiking activities each day. more on TripAdvisor

The menu isn’t extensive but contains all the breakfast necessities, and the hard-working couple who run the place are down-to-earth, likeable folks. more on TripAdvisor
