I no longer live in Utah but when I return for family visits I always try to get at least one meal at El Matador! They serve the cheese enchiladas that I compare all others to! Nothing ever beats them ... more on TripAdvisor

I've been eating at El Matador for 25 years .... the warm salsa with cheese (you're supposed to put it in the salsa, not on the chips!), the sopapilla, the giant shrimp .... all at an extremely reasonable price .... you can't go wrong! ... more on CitySearch
