Chimayo is a southwestern restaurant on Main Street in Park City. The ambiance is stunning with lots of iron work, wood beams, roaring fireplaces and cozy nooks. Simply Scrumptious

We have been coming to Park City for the past three ski seasons and everyone has always recommended Chimayo. So, this year we finally got a reservation.
