Ok people, I have been in Utah about four years now and after eating at every Vietnamese place here, I will honestly say Pho 99 is the best I found. Just remember...the food is more important than the faded marquee. The spring rolls are unexpectedly good, and the pho is delicious. (Put the jalapenos in it, trust me.) Portions are generous and very cheap. This is the first restaurant that offered more noodle in the pho than any others I have gone to.
