good food when the owner is around

Ok so the food is good and the service is great, but only when the owner is there!! My family used to eat here all the time but the last three have been awful, and of course I had bragged to everyone who went with us how great it was and looked like a fool. Worst food ever

I used the reviews here as a recommendation, so I had to let everyone know that this place sucks. Strike One: Salsa tastes like it came out of a can. Strike Two: Food is just bad.
