The one saving grave for me with Doodles is that they'll smoke anything you bring them for $10.00/piece so if sometime I do find a nice hunk of pork I'll more than likely take it to him as he really knows what he's doing. more on Yahoo! Travel

The bill for this was $41.00 which after deducting the two $5.00 sandwiches and $1.00 drinks made the 3.5Lb chunk of pork butt with about a pound of waste and bone $8.28 per pound or really $11.60 per pound without waste which means if we do go back it'll be for a very special occasion as most smokers around here are charging only about $3.50 per pound for this cut. more on Yahoo!
