Bad Service...

There was a group of us that went out to dinner one night - the waitress was okay at the start. She took our orders, brought out our drinks and our starters...when the dinners arrived, 2 of us ordered the same thing, but she stated that they fell on the floor - and she would comp us for the dinn...
