The Pasta Palmito was tasty; my only complaint would have been the off season tomatoes but after all it WAS December. more on Yahoo! Travel

It is rumoured that the cook will whip up something or modify a meat dish to suit special diets and if the timing is right he will even cook up fish that you may have caught that day! more on Yahoo! Travel
