Is it just this location?

Olive Garden seems like a great idea and the menu is super. But I've given the Bellingham location many chances to do better than McDonalds when it comes to service and they've failed miserably every time. Bad quality of food. Period. Maybe because it is a chain, so no owner w/an actual interest in the place is the problem?
