Where is the beef!? Or rather.. where has it been?

I totally regret returning to the Boat Shed for dinner. The grey, stringy beef in both the salad and on the steak sandwich must have been boiled for a few hours in the pasta water. It was terrible! The Boat Shed has been around for many years and their service, quality of food and prices fluctuate like the seasons. On the numerous occasions we've dined at their facility, we've been seated quickly, offered drinks and a menu immediately afterwards yet that's where the sterling service usually... a user of Restaurantica. What happened in the past year. BAD service

We walked out - had immediate seating inside on a warm day. Six of us waited with our menus and had picked out our meals, appetiezers, well drinks and finally got water. Waited.
