I had just moved into Gig Harbor from Tacoma and dined at Brix 25 with 3 friends on a special occasion. The food was incredible. We went in with reservations on a Saturday night and were greeted with sparkling wine at the door and fresh bread with herbed butters at the table. The staff were really nice and were very attentive to the table.
