The parking was terrible, but the decor is a very fresh green/brown nature theme that made me relax as soon as I walked in. The owner's mother greeted me at the ordering table and I could see two cooks making all the food in the little kitchen. Everytime I enjoy lunch at Uptown Organics, I try a new menu item and it becomes my new favorite. The Jackson is amazingly distinct and absolutely delicious. My husband had the Raleigh and the hummus we discovered is made fresh in the store each morning. They also create their original salad dres... a user of Restaurantica.
