Need a stable cook

It seems this restaurant goes back and forth with it's cooks as it's taste changes quite frequently. sometimes its good othertimes it lacks taste. we rarely order from there, and we only order the regular well-known dishes because we've tried the others and their japanese dishes, but they don't t... a user of Restaurantica.
