Easily The Best Steak(s) Ever

It was in mid-October of 1998. I'd never been to that part of the country let alone heard of Parkersburg. As a guest of the Blennerhassett I innocently stumbled into Harman's (the name has changed since then) for a quiet meal before calling it a night. It was a quiet evening -- I was maybe one of two or three tables in the whole place.
