You'll find your average tacos burritos and tostadas but you'll also find entrees with a more nouvelle or trendy touch such as a delcious creamy spinach enchilada (enchilada espinacha) a garden fresh burrito packed with big chunks of crunchy veggies (and some other great vegetarian choices that can't possibly contain as much of the fat and grease normally associated with Mexican foods) and fare for meat eaters like the T-Bone Ranchero. more on Yahoo!
